1. Third-party service provider

Nanchong Henghuan Industrial Robot Service Center is an independent third-party industrial robot service provider offering testing, repair, maintenance, used/stock equipment sales, rental, retrofits and automation development. All robot brands and models mentioned belong to their respective rights holders; Henghuan is not an authorized repair station, distributor or affiliate of any brand (unless expressly stated in writing), and neither manufactures nor white-labels any complete machine.

2. Nature of technical information

All model parameters, fault modes, alarm-code analyses, maintenance intervals and industry content on this site are general reference information compiled from public sources and Henghuan's field experience. They vary by model generation, software version and working conditions, and are not synchronized with OEM updates in real time. Decisions for any specific machine should rely on the nameplate and official manuals, on-site test data and the service contract between the parties. To the extent permitted by law, Henghuan is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of this content.

3. Image and material credits (key section)

Images on this site fall into three categories:

① Henghuan-owned content: photos of our workshop, equipment and service scenes taken by ourselves, and charts drawn by us; copyright belongs to Henghuan.

② AI-generated images: renders produced by text-to-image tools for scene illustration only; their captions state 'typical workcell scene' or 'illustrative render'. The tools' terms permit commercial use of outputs. Such images do not represent the real appearance of any brand's products.

③ Product images cited from each brand's official website: used solely to indicate the brands and models Henghuan services (nominative use), not for commercial reproduction or distribution. Source URLs by brand are listed in the schedule below.

Brand logos are used only for identification and to indicate service objects, and belong to their respective owners. Cited images follow a minimum-necessary principle: only the number needed to explain models and processes is used; no wallpaper, stock-library or merchandising reuse; brand names are marked in captions. If a rights holder considers our use to exceed nominative fair use, or requests replacement or removal of specific images, please contact us via the channel in Section 4; we commit to verify and act within 3 business days.

4. Notice and takedown channel

If a rights holder or interested party believes any content (text, image or other material) on this site infringes their rights, email george@hhrobotics.cn with: ① preliminary proof of ownership; ② the exact URL of the allegedly infringing content; ③ contact details. After verification we will promptly remove or replace the content and keep a record of the handling.

6. Limitation of liability and effect
