Regular service areas include Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, and Guizhou. Engineers depart from Yilong, with shorter scheduling for Nanchong, Chengdu, and Chongqing. Remote areas of Yunnan and Guizhou require extra time to be reserved, with specific confirmations based on the region and current schedule, and no unfulfilled commitments are made. Customers outside the region can first communicate remotely: provide photos of the alarm code, screenshots of the teach pendant interface, and device nameplates. We determine whether it's a parameter, wiring, or hardware issue. If we can guide and handle it remotely, resolve it remotely first. If on-site inspection is indeed needed, then schedule a visit time.

Quoted according to the inspection quotation. Engineers first arrive on site or take parts back to their workstations for inspection. After locating the specific fault point, they provide a repair plan and cost, and only after customer confirmation can work begin. The cost usually depends on the parts replaced, repair man-hours, and whether rework is involved. Since there are significant differences between models, a fixed number is not directly reported over the phone. If, after inspection, it is determined that the repair cost is close to or exceeds the cost of replacing a used robot of the same model, we will explain this judgment together, and the customer will decide whether to repair or replace it.

Start with remote judgment. Please provide the alarm code, photos of the teach pendant interface, and the equipment nameplate. Based on this, we can preliminarily distinguish whether it is a parameter setting, external wiring, or hardware fault. You can first call on-site personnel to conduct basic troubleshooting. Sometimes the cause of shutdown is external issues such as emergency stop circuits or air supply issues. If on-site testing is truly required, arrangements will be made according to the local region and current schedule, with the schedule based on the communication schedule. We do not promise on-site arrival deadlines we cannot meet.

Used robot evaluation is based on not just the number of years used. Our inspection items include: backlash and repeatability of each shaft, whether the gearbox has abnormal noises or oil leaks, the status of boards and cables inside the control cabinet, whether the teach pendant buttons and emergency stop loops are effective, and current fluctuations during power-on operation. These items are tested one by one and recorded in the inspection records, allowing customers to make judgments accordingly. If a device's gear reducer or cables are in a state that needs replacement, we will list this in the quote and will not be hidden.

Yes, you can. Annual maintenance contracts are signed by unit, specifying inspection frequency, inspection items for each inspection, replacement list of consumable parts, and response procedures. Inspection items include lubrication of each shaft, wear check of cables and air hoses, verification of battery voltage and zero data, dust removal from control cabinets, and fan inspection. During the contract period, maintenance and servicing records are established for each piece of equipment, with traceable fault history, replacement parts, and parameter backups. Suitable for companies with multiple robots on their production lines who want to make maintenance expenses predictable.

We are a third-party technical service provider, not an authorized agent for any brand, which brings two differences: first, we are not restricted by brand—when there are robots from different brands like FANUC, ABB, or Inovance on the production line, engineers can handle them together without contacting each brand separately; Second, for older models that have been discontinued or no longer supported by the manufacturer, you can try board-level repairs or find replacement parts. If the device is still under warranty, requires firmware upgrades, or requires original spare parts, it is recommended to use the OEM channel, and we will explain directly.
