1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. They form the agreement between you and Nanchong Henghuan Industrial Robot Service Center ('Henghuan') regarding use of this site. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Nature of content and licence
Model specifications, fault analyses, maintenance intervals and industry reports published here are general technical and commercial information for selection and evaluation; they do not constitute technical warranties, diagnostic conclusions or offers for any specific equipment. Repair plans, spare-part suitability and safety assessments for particular machines are governed by the written service contract between the parties and on-site testing. You may browse, download and print content for your own business evaluation, but must not: ① scrape, mirror or build a substantially substitutive database from this site; ② republish after removing rights notices; ③ use the content in a manner implying Henghuan is the OEM, an authorized agent or an affiliate of any brand.
3. Formation of service contracts
Enquiries, messages and phone calls through this site are pre-contractual negotiations only. Repair, maintenance contracts, equipment sales, rental and retrofit services are concluded solely by a written contract (including electronic form) signed by both parties. Before such contract, Henghuan has no duty to perform and you are not bound by an enquiry.
4. Third-party brands and trademarks
FANUC, ABB, KUKA, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, NACHI, STAUBLI, COMAU, EPSON, UNIVERSAL ROBOTS, PANASONIC, INOVANCE, ESTUN, SIASUN, EFORT, GSK, JAKA, AUBO, TOPSTAR, HSR, QJAR and similar marks mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Henghuan uses them solely to indicate the objects and compatibility scope of its services (nominative fair use) and this implies no authorization, certification or affiliation. Henghuan is an independent third-party service provider and not an authorized repair station or distributor of any such brand unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
Copyright in this site's page design, text, charts, self-taken photographs and compiled data structures belongs to Henghuan; ownership of third-party images and materials referenced is addressed in Article 3 and the schedule of the Disclaimer. No organization or individual may copy, adapt or disseminate protected content of this site for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: ① Henghuan is not liable for consequences of decisions made in reliance on this site's content, including downtime, production loss and loss of profits; ② Henghuan is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, network failure or maintenance, but will restore service promptly; ③ Henghuan's aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you actually paid for the relevant service (except as mandatorily provided by law).
7. Changes and dispute resolution
Henghuan may revise these Terms from time to time; revisions take effect upon publication here and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan); disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at Henghuan's domicile.
