1. Information we collect
This website (www.hhrobots.cn) is operated by Nanchong Henghuan Industrial Robot Service Center ('Henghuan', 'we'). We follow data minimization: this site has no registration, accounts or online transactions, so we do not proactively collect names, ID numbers, locations or other personally identifying information. Only two categories of data may arise:
① Server access logs: your IP address, browser type, visit time, pages viewed and referrer, recorded automatically for security auditing (e.g. detecting malicious scanning or attacks), fault diagnosis and traffic statistics.
② Contact information you submit: when you reach us by phone, email (george@hhrobotics.cn), WeChat, WhatsApp or a form, the name, company, equipment model and requirements you choose to provide - used solely to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on services.
2. Cookies and local storage
We use a small amount of browser local storage to remember your dark/light theme and language preference so the interface stays consistent on your next visit; this data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. We use no third-party advertising cookies and perform no cross-site profiling.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We never sell or rent your personal information. Disclosure may occur only: ① where required by laws, regulations or judicial/administrative authorities; or ② where necessary to perform a service you engaged (e.g. logistics or customs clearance), limited to the minimum required, with the recipient bound to equivalent confidentiality.
4. Retention and security
Server access logs are kept for no longer than 6 months (unless laws require otherwise); contact information is kept for no longer than 3 years after the business relationship ends, for after-sales and warranty traceability. We protect data with access control and HTTPS encryption in transit.
5. Your rights
Under the PRC Personal Information Protection Law you may access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent previously given. To exercise these rights, email george@hhrobotics.cn; we will respond within 15 business days. If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you may complain to the competent authority or sue in a court of competent jurisdiction.
6. Minors
This site serves industrial enterprises and professional users and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information of children under fourteen.
7. Updates and contact
This policy is effective from 24 September 2026; material revisions will be published here with an updated effective date.
