Digit runs at a GXO warehouse under a multi-year commercial agreement with 100,000+ totes moved; 65,000+ operating hours across nine customer sites; in February 2026 Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada signed a RaaS commercial contract after a year-long pilot. The RoboFab plant in Salem, Oregon is designed for 10,000 units/year at full output. Digit's selling point is cooperative safety: cage-free work beside humans - which caps it at mid/low-speed material handling but buys the lowest entry retrofit cost.
Training data flows back continuously from the RaaS fleet: tote size distributions, floor friction and failure-recovery sequences at every site enter the training set - a deploy-equals-collect flywheel. This is why Agility signs multi-year contracts: the model improves with the fleet instead of freezing at delivery.
