Unitree
Extreme cost-performance plus 95% in-house rate: the shipment king
Shipments and cost
H1 2026 shipments ~5,900 (~31% global); G1 entry price under RMB 30k (~USD 16k, about a tenth of Western full-size platforms); 95% in-house rate across motors, reducers, controllers and LiDAR, with the self-developed M107 motor at industry-leading torque density and one fifth of import cost; 2025 revenue RMB 1.7 bn and STAR Market listing Aug 2026. The price is margin pressure: Q1 2026 net profit -52% YoY.

On scenarios Unitree is the outdoor camp: quadrupeds scaled in grid inspection, emergency rescue and research/education; G1/H1 humanoids sell mostly to research and education with fewer line records than AGIBOT/UBTECH. Its data strategy is volume-for-ecosystem: 10 collection hours per unit per day, 10-20k units becoming an industry-grade data source.
